In the 90's my sister opened a Farmer's Insurance Agency, she was the first in the area. My sister and parents talked me into getting my license and going to work for her. I was an Independent agent in her office and her Customer Service Representative. I wrote policies and serviced all of her customers. We were a family owned and ran agency, our parents were even involved. We focused on taking care of our customers then, and I will do the same now.
